Thank-You For Supporting Our First Virtual Quest Fest 2020

Wow what an incredible evening we had last night!

We’ve had an emotional few weeks leading up to the Virtual Quest Fest. What would ordinarily be a busy time for us leading up to the physical event, making sure all of the arrangements were in place for bringing the festival to you all it was certainly a very bittersweet experience for us leading up to last night.

So much hard work went into bringing this to you hosted live from CapsaArx Studios with some awesome pre-recorded performances from Quest Fest bands old and new. A huge thanks to our very small crew who put this together and of course the rest of the Quest Fest team who would usually be with us on the day running the live event.

Your support has been overwhelming as always and we love the community we have forged with you all. Thank you so much for supporting the bands, buying merchandise, sharing the stream and of course all of your very generous donations throughout the course of the evening. Every little helps and all of this money raised will be paid out to the bands involved to help them during what is an incredibly difficult time for everyone, but also musicians who are no longer able to support themselves through putting on physical shows.

Plans are already well under way for Power Metal Quest Fest 2021, those of you that bought tickets for this year will have them automatically rolled over to the new date. You can purchase tickets and pre-order your t-shirts here.

A final thanks has to go to all the bands that submitted videos for the stream last night; Dakesis, Rites To Ruin, Luke Appleton, Asylum Pyre, The Silent Rage, WomenOwar, Tiberius, Memories Of Old, Fury and Vikram.

If you enjoyed the live stream and want to see more from CapsaArx, make sure you follow the official facebook page and instagram page to be notified of more events and if you’re in a band who are interested in getting involved in the live streams, keep your eyes peeled for their new livestream and pre-record service which will be announced over the next few weeks.

Let us know which bands we should be checking out, who you’d like to see at future Quest Fest’s both physical and virtual and we’ll do everything we can to keep this community alive and kicking!

If you missed last night’s stream and are yet to catch up (or want to watch it again!) you can check it out on our facebook page here.

Once again, thank you so much.

The Quest Fest Team (Amie, Gemma, Adam & Matt)
