CAPSAARX presents Power Metal Quest Fest 2019. Taking place on Saturday 28th September 2019. This is our third instalment of Quest Fest – an all day Metal Festival specialising in Power, Progressive and Heavy Metal.

Early bird tickets are priced at just £15 and are available here.

These tickets will only be available until 1st March 2019 where ticket prices will go on sale at the standard rate of £20.

There is free on street parking near the venue after 6pm and a variety of pay & display car parks a short walk from the venue.

Travel

Pedestrians

If walking to The Asylum from Birmingham City Center simply head towards Colmore Row (known to the locals as Pidgen Park), turn left at Snow Hill station (away from the center) and walk in a straight line (towards Reverb music shop) for 3 minutes and your there.

Parking

There is on street parking directly outside the venue which is usually free after 6pm and a car park on the other side of the road opposite the main doors.  There are also ample Pay & Display car parks just a short walk from the venue.

Busses

All busses to the city center stop just a few minutes walk from The Asylum. Services that stop at Colmore Row (just a 3 minute walk from the Asylum) include the 9, 99, 138, 22, 23, 29, 140, 128, 258, 103, 101, 46, 7.
Services that stop at Bull Street (Next to Colmore Row, 3 minute walk from the Asylum) include the 104, 105, 107, 108, 904, 905, 907, 915, 74, 79, 110,112, 115.
Services that stop on Constitution Hill (just a 30 second walk away!) include the 7, 16, 46, 74, 79. Metro
Midland Metro trams run frequently between Wolverhampton and Birmingham 7 days a week and stop at Snow Hill station, just a 3 minute walk!

Train

The closest train station is Snow Hill, visible from the venue Snow Hill is just a 3 minute walk. New Street and Moor Street Station are both slightly further away been closer to a 10 minute walk. All three stations have taxi ranks outside.

Disabled Access

The main Asylum is at ground floor level and has ramp access to most doors and toilets. If you require specific assistance, please get in touch with us prior to the show and we will do our best to help. If assistance is required at any point during the show, you can ask one of our official Power Metal Quest Fest staff, identified by their lanyard, or The Asylum staff.

Age Restrictions

This event is 14+. Please note that under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. You should also ensure that you bring ID with you to this event as The Asylum operates the “Think 25” policy for the sale of alcohol.
